As a registered not-for-profit, FYCB is thankful to the magnificent support from government and private sectors. Without the outstanding contributions from organisations and private individuals, it would be much harder for us to do what we do.
We are proud to be named after two of Melbourne’s greatest suburbs - Footscray and Yarraville - and literally wear the names of these wonderful Western suburbs as a badge of pride every time we perform.

The Yarraville Club
FYCB has had a close association with the Yarraville Club - and the Palmer family for over 25 years.
Ron Palmer was president of the FYCB for many years. We continue this close association with his son David Palmer, working closely with the Yarraville Club to stage the famous ‘Carols in the Gardens’ every December - drawing a crowd in excess of 10,000 people annually.
